Schools of the Week: Brentwood Middle School and Clovercroft Elementary School

    The Brentwood Middle theater department is preparing for a magical show.

    Beginning October 26, BMS students will perform Puffs or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic. The first dress rehearsal took place Monday, October 23.

    "I just love that there are so many different characters, and everyone is important," said BMS student Presley Portis. "This show is so much fun. It's just a little bit of magic in Brentwood."

    Tickets are available online and cost $10 per person. The showtimes are October 26 at 7 p.m., October 27 at 7 p.m. and October 28 at 7 p.m. Brentwood Middle is located at 5324 Murray Lane in Brentwood.

  • Students at Clovercroft Elementary traveled back in time to celebrate the 50th day of school.

    On October 20, students and teachers dressed in their '50s attire and took photos in front of fun backdrops.

    "It was a great day full of poodle skirts, black leather jackets, and hula hoops," said CCES librarian Mackenzie Skiles.
