  • Arrington Elementary was named to represent the community and the area in a sensible and respectful manner that honors the history of the community. The early settlement of the area was called “Petersburg” and was later changed because of the nearby creek. There is significant pride in the tightknit community and the name represents this well. The school opened for the 2023-24 school year.
