The EES PTO serves:
- to promote the welfare of Edmondson’s children
- to enhance the overall educational environment at Edmondson by promoting parent volunteerism and involvement
- to foster communication between our administrators, teachers and parents to secure the best educational opportunities for each child
- to raise funds to provide for the above.

Invest in EES Campaign
It is our mission to invest in EES to support what Williamson County will pay for and what our principals and teachers believe our students need to succeed. Our 2023-24 campaign supports technology enhancements, upgrade the library furniture, improve and repair outdoor learning spaces, purchase classroom books, purchase various supplies for Art, Music, and PE programs, fund teaching assistant salaries, and many other critical resources.
We simply ask our Edmondson families to donate money to our school. We do this because we believe parents prefer to write a check, rather than have their children sell wrapping paper, cookie dough, magazines, etc.
Plus the benefit of a program such as this is that 100% of the monies received stay here at EES. This is our primary source of raising money.
Please help us meet our goal of $65,000!
We encourage you to donate $175 per child in attendance at Edmondson.
We are seeking 100% participation from our Edmondson families. Remember that every donation makes a difference regardless of size. Please help us keep EES a top-rated school. Thank you in advance for your support.

Ways the PTO supports EES
Did you know the EES PTO purchased with PTO funds?
- Build community within Edmondson by sponsoring many events for our parents and staff to enjoy, such as Fall Carnival, Grandparents’ Event, March Mania, Explore the Music, Belles, and Beaus just to name a few!
- Technology improvements, including the purchase of 24 new Smart Interactive TVs, which will be replacing the older Smartboards in the coming years.
- Teacher and staff support programs, such as classroom start-up funding, Teacher Appreciation Week, workroom purchases, and monthly staff meals.
- Classroom support, including salaries for two teacher assistants, continuing education opportunities for our teachers, and educational resources for our children.
- Departmental support, including resources for P.E., Library, Arts and Music.
- Campus beautification projects, such as the outdoor classroom and trail, planters at the school entryway, the new Edmondson Elementary School Sign in the bus loop, and playground upgrades for students.

- Join the PTO! It is now free to all EES families to join!
- Serve as a PTO chair or on a committee.
- Donate to the Invest in EES Campaign.
- Support EES when you shop at Kroger, Publix, Amazon, or Shutterfly.
- Donate to the EES Auction.
- Attend an EES PTO sponsored event.
- Volunteer at the school.

EES PTO Sponsored Events
The EES PTO hosts a variety of events for students and families to participate in at Edmondson. PTO hosts Spirit Nights once a month at many local restaurants and venues. You can show your EES spirit and support the EES PTO by visiting these establishments and supporting their business. They will in turn give a portion of their proceeds back to Edmondson.
