Middle Creek Middle School Softball Field Project

Project Description:

WCS constructed a new softball field at Mill Creek in 2023. The field is located south of the existing baseball field, north of the multipurpose field. Initial construction included fencing, backstop, infield, and concrete work. Future improvements will include dugouts and lighting.

Key Dates:

• A Purchase Order was issued to SportsTurf Solutions, LLC on February 27, 2023.
• Construction will begin at the beginning of April 2023.
• Construction is expected to be completed prior to the start of school for the 2023-24 school year and will be operational for the 2024 Spring Softball Season.
• The project was Substantially Completed on May 28, 2023.
• The softball field is complete and ready for play.
